Haley Strategic Handcuff Pouch - Tactical Cuff Holder for Secure Retention and 3-Way Mounting

• The Haley Strategic Handcuff Pouch is a tactical nylon restraint holder that replaces bulky traditional basketweave cases for law enforcement and security professionals. Built entirely in the USA and fully Berry Compliant, this carrier ensures rapid access and quiet retention during high-stress operational deployments.
• Reduce Belt Fatigue with a 1.8-Ounce Profile: This compact pouch takes up minimal space on your gear while weighing almost nothing. It measures just 3.5 by 4.5 inches, freeing up valuable real estate on your chest rig or duty belt for other essential tools.
• Adapt Your Loadout with 3-Way Mounting: Secure this pouch to any standard two-piece duty belt using the integrated 2-inch loop-lined passthrough. It also features built-in webbing for direct attachment to 2-column by 4-row MOLLE fields on your plate carrier, placard, or cummerbund.
• Secure Your Restraints with a 100% Anti-Slip Interior: A PVC-coated polyester knit lining actively grips the metal of your cuffs in both wet and dry conditions. This prevents unwanted shifting and rattling when you run or move dynamically in the field.
• Fit Standard or Hinged Cuffs with Expandable Sidewalls: Heavy woven elastic sides stretch to securely hold a wide variety of restraints, including larger hinged models from ASP and Smith & Wesson. A dedicated internal sleeve also stores your spare cuff key for immediate access after an arrest.

Haley Strategic Handcuff Pouch - System Integration

• MOD Placard: This front-mounting platform features built-in MOLLE webbing, so you can attach your MOLLE handcuff holder directly to your chest rig or armor platform. Mounting your pouch to this panel keeps your tactical handcuffs high on your chest for fast access during critical moments. It helps you create a streamlined front loadout that keeps essential gear off your waistline.
• MOD Plus Placard: This expanded placard system offers additional mounting space on your front panel for carrying essential tactical tools alongside your tactical handcuff holder. It lets you secure your handcuff pouch right next to primary gear like magazines and radios for complete front-panel integration. This option lets you customize your setup to match your specific operational needs.
