How to Use

1. For Heat: Submerge the pack in boiled water (removed from heat) for 5-6 minutes, or microwave in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
2. For Cold: Store the pack in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 1 hour before use.
3. Always place the pack inside its protective cover or a cloth before applying to the skin.
4. Apply for a maximum of 20 minutes, allowing the area to rest for 20 minutes before reapplication.
