This quilt is special to me because my daughter designed it. She wanted to see how EQ8 worked, so I gave her a very brief tutorial.
Once she had finished designing, I wrote the pattern but couldn’t find the fabric I wanted to use. Then I found Houndstooth from Benartex and it was perfect.
As I was loading the quilt to be quilted, I inadvertently held up the quilt top, and the light showed through. It was the perfect design for a Shop Hop design. I did not quilt but designed.
It was accepted into the All Kansas Nebraska Shop Hop 2025.
